The following is a message from Ray Lievens.
At the last IVSA meeting, the group discussed various methods to improve our current IVSA Deed Restrictions. As a reminder, our current Deed Restrictions have not been updated in 30 years and need serious improvement. A recommendation was endorsed to identify block captains who could assist in collecting neighborhood input for adjusting our proposed Deed Restriction document. The goal is to listen to homeowner input and broaden the appeal of the proposed Deed Restrictions.
A volunteer from each subdivision (Sub 1, 2, 3) came forward to assist. The following neighbors have dedicated their time to collect this feedback.
