Our committees & projects are volunteer-based and intended to make life in our subdivision better and reduce HOA expenses! For those with time constraints, a project is a small, one-time commitment. If you are interested in serving on one of our committees or projects, or are interested in creating one, please complete the form below!
Architectural Control Committee
The ACC reviews plans submitted for fencing, outbuildings, etc. to make sure they meet IVSA standards.

If you love gardening this is the committee for you! The BC is in charge of enhancing our common areas.
