Based on the results of the voting, the existing Bylaws and Deed Restrictions will remain as our active homeowner documents.  The IVSA Board would like to thank the previous Board of Directors, the ad-hoc committee who spent many hours drafting the proposed documents, and the homeowners who voted in the process.  As a homeowner community, we will continue value to the input of our neighbors, and we will strive to improve our beautiful neighborhood.

Sincerely,
